## 提问时请提供

为了更快定位问题，提交工单或在群里提问时，请尽量附上：

* 使用的工具及版本，例如 Claude Code `2.1.x`、Codex `0.x`
* 操作系统，例如 macOS、Windows 11
* 完整的报错信息或截图
* 出错的大致时间，以及使用的模型
